The direct Windows ABC Base Connect Preview is free for 7 days. It requires no purchase and has no automatic renewal, so there is no preview fee to refund. The planned direct paid subscription is not yet available; its payment provider, refund and cancellation information will be published before paid orders are accepted.

Technical problems
If you have a technical problem, contact ERA VISION AI support and include the product name, Windows version, hardware details, software version, and a clear description of the issue.
Refund requests
For a purchase made through Microsoft Store, use Microsoft's official order and refund process associated with the Microsoft account used for the purchase. ERA VISION AI can assist with product troubleshooting but does not directly process Microsoft Store payments or refunds.
