ERA VISION AI develops Windows desktop software and operates this website for product information and support.

Website and support

If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address, name, message content, and any information you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords, private keys, payment card data, or confidential third-party material.

Desktop software

Core media and AI processing is designed to run locally on the user's computer where stated on the individual product page or Microsoft Store listing. Some products may download models or components when first required. Internet access may also be required for Microsoft Store installation, licensing, trial management, updates, or support.

Individual applications may store local configuration, learning progress, history, trial state, or other settings needed for their functions. Details can vary by product and version.

Purchases, trials and licensing

Products bought through Microsoft Store are distributed and billed by Microsoft under Microsoft's terms and privacy policies. ERA VISION AI does not receive payment-card information from Microsoft Store checkout.

The standalone ABC Base Connect 7-day preview is distributed from a Cloudflare R2 download endpoint. Cloudflare may process technical request information such as IP address and download logs to deliver the file and protect its service. The preview keeps trial state and learning progress locally on the user's Windows device and does not require payment details.

If direct commercial subscriptions become available following payment-account approval, relevant billing, subscription and payment information will be handled by our merchant-of-record payment provider, Creem, under its terms and privacy policy. Such paid direct sales are not yet available through this preview.
